Song Review- Your Love Came by Beracah

Ope ''Beracah'' Ojumu is an Holy Spirit charged thunderstorm. He is a voice divinely positioned in this generation to bring healing and restoration to nations.  His voice resonates like an high tension wire that reverberates and sends shock waves through your spirit man. like a defibrillator, this voice rejuvenates and quickens your spirit man. it awakens, ignites and repositions you to discover your purpose. This voice is not ordinary, it has been positioned and super charged for extraordinary exploits in a generation crying out in desperate need.
Your Love Came by Beracah is not just a song, it is a portal that leads to self discovery and realization which awakens you to the value that heaven has placed on your identity. I have actually lost count of the number of times I have put this song on repeat- It is that good! Do you know what this song does to my spirit man? It tears me apart and breaks me into pieces until all of a sudden you begin to experience the awesome feeling of a Love so great, nerving, unwavering yet relentless in its quest to find you and welcome you back into His warm embrace.

The lyrics of this song is simple, deep yet profound. it exposes the false reality that the devil has packaged for many believers who feel unworthy of a love which found us worth it to lay down His life and die for us. The song begins in the first person singular which makes it relatable.

When I felt the weight of my sin on me and thought I hid from you,When I thought I needed to be perfect before approaching you...
These lines carry great meaning and laid great emphasis in its repetitiveness in that it  conveys the burden we place on ourselves sometimes when we feel we are unworthy of His love. rather than reconcile ourselves back to Him, at times we feel we need to be perfect. This song reminds you that He doesn't care about your perfection. He didn't die for the perfect sinner but an imperfect sinner who needs him to be made perfect in His Love.

He didn't die for the perfect sinner but an imperfect sinner who needs Him to be made perfect in His love.
The same way His love came for The Adulterous Woman, Zacchaeus- The Tax Collector, The Woman at the Well- His Love also came for you. It doesn't matter who you are or the shape your past looks like, His love came for you. Through this love that came to search us out not giving a care about what our past looks like,  we are rest assured He will take away our pains, shame and every weight that the devil has placed on our heads.

Your Love Came!!! you know why, to take away the weight of your sin, to take away your imperfections and make you perfect in His love. To awaken you to claim your rightful identity not the bleak version that the devil wants you to believe. This song reminds you of your worth to the one who willed you into purpose. It makes you know that's where your freedom lie, in Him you move and have your being.  These concluding lines sealed the magnitude of this love for me with Your love came to spice up each line:

It pulled me out of sin and fear and shame,What greater Love can a man have in mind,Than to lay down His life for His fellow brother,That's what you did for me, your love,Father your love came in the person of Jesus...
His Love is everything, It has no substitute- It is full of mystery yet it can never become history. It does not lose it's value or worth. It's as real as it was yesterday and it's still the same today. It's simple yet complicated, It's profound yet resounding. It is as old as time itself yet it can never become obsolete. It is a special kind of love. The love that took no collateral from us before laying everything down on the line for the sake of you and I.
This is what the Love of Jesus did:

It came and saved me, It came and changed me,it came and changed me, it came and saved me, now I'm free, now I'm Free because your love  came!!!

These compelling lines is the perfect climax to a song that takes you on the journey of self discovery, it realigns and positions you to live a life of total freedom devoid of the stigma of the past and lies the devil tries to use as an ammunition to cage your present so you will have a destructive future.  His love came to change the narrative! to live a life  of total victory over sin- through this song, newness will be birthed, your spirit man will be reignited, renewed, rejuvenated and you'll be restored to your identity in Christ. Your Love came was repeated a massive 18 times in this song. Now that the Love is still very much available and calling out for you, you need to grasp it and enjoy all that it has in store for you. To download this powerful song, click the link below and feel free to share with friends!

Burning Coles (Pt. 2) - Emmanuela Evbuoma

‘My leg my leg’ Seyi who now was sitting on the floor cried. ‘Oh my God’ Mrs Cole exclaimed as she saw the oil stain on her daughter’s sky blue jean trousers. She quickly turned off the gas cooker and helped Seyi remove her trouser as she called on top of her voice to Mr Cole, who was hearing all that was going on but showed no interest. Mr Cole staggered into the kitchen ‘what is it? Why you shouting my name like they are chasing you?’ he asked, obviously drunk. ‘Hot oil poured on your daughter’s thighs and that’s all you can say?’ she asked as she poured cool water on Seyi’s thighs. ‘So what do you now want me to do?’ he asked annoyingly ‘better take her to the hospital and don’t disturb me’ he said and turned around to leave. ‘Ha is that all you have to say?’ Mrs Cole was fed up of her husband’s lackadaisical attitude. She lifted Seyi up from the floor and supported her as they walked out of the kitchen to the main door. She shouted on top of her voice ‘Bimbo b
